At HK Saddlery, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy show seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup may be available at select horse shows or events. Please contact us before placing your order if you're interested in arranging local pickup.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once an order is shipped, HK Saddlery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any concerns. If you need assistance filing a claim, we’re happy to help.
