Return & Exchange Policy

At HK Saddlery, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as planned. If your item doesn't fit or meet your needs, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping of the exchanged item.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve your exchange and ensure we have a suitable item available.
